Terms & Conditions Apply to all Heath Family Brands Wine Clubs
- Must be over 21 years old to be member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21.
- Adult (over 21 years old) signature required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). No PO Boxes allowed.
- We ship to a limited number of states based on shipping laws & limitations. Any purchases made when the customer is not on-premise at the time of purchase (i.e., wine clubs, online, etc.) will be fulfilled and shipped from Texas permits 101188133, 104464014, 107130604, 200074910, and 105976225 to Texas shipping addresses and 101188133 to non-Texas shipping addresses in states we are permitted to ship.
- Allocation months listed on the website and in printed materials are estimates and may vary by a few weeks due to weather and other factors.
- We will bill your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine for each club order, plus shipping charges (if applicable) prior to shipping. Note: No email notification is sent prior to processing your payment. An email notification will be sent with information about the wine club wines, including pickup and shipping details, once processing is complete. By signing up for the wine club, you authorize Heath Family Brands to charge your credit card for each club order until you direct otherwise.
- Once your order is processed and paid for, no refunds will be provided. This includes both returned and unpicked-up wine orders.
- Any deposits paid before the first shipment are non-refundable and will be applied to the first shipment unless you cancel your club membership prior to delivery and the deposit will be forfeited.
- You are responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs.
- To ensure you never miss a shipment or important update, please review and update your contact information and shipping address with us. The cost of the wine is your responsibility if it is not received due to an incorrect shipping address on file.
- You must notify us via email at [email protected] at least 10 days before each club order payment processing with any changes/cancellations.
- If you elected “pick up” as your preferred club allocation delivery method, after processing and payment is applied, your wine club allocation is available for pickup at any time during our normal tasting room operating hours, or we will ship upon your request via email at [email protected]. All wine is considered purchased once it is charged to your credit card, and no refunds will be provided.
- Heath Family Brands may substitute a different vintage of a wine (or a different wine of equal or greater value) if the specified vintage designated for that shipment is depleted before pick-up or shipment.
- Premium 6+ Members: To receive free shipping (you elected ship as your preferred club allocation delivery method) or a complimentary bottle of wine (you elected pick up as your preferred club allocation delivery method), you must have an active club with six or more (6+) bottles per allocation. A club is not active if you have skipped the most recent allocation. Free shipping or complimentary bottle only apply to additional clubs if they are under the same ownership as the original 6+ club and the 6+ club is active. You may select your complimentary bottle from the same brand as the club being picked up. For instance, if it is a Grape Creek club, you may select a Grape Creek wine. Due to limited inventory of Jenblossom and Owner’s club wines, members of those clubs may select a complimentary bottle from Grape Creek, Invention Vineyards, K Estate, or Heath Sparkling Wines.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once credit cards have been processed, you will need to contact FedEx to make any shipping changes. You may have already received or will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number and a link to their website (FedEx Delivery Manager).
Tips to help you get your shipment:
- FedEx Onsite is a new and convenient way to receive your wine club shipments at no additional cost to you. Simply send your package to one of many FedEx Onsite locations and pick-up at your convenience. Choose from Walgreens, Kroger, Albertson’s, and many more! No more hassle with delivery times and struggling to be home to sign for your wine; just pick up your package while you’re out running errands or grocery shopping! - Is your wine already on the way? Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager (free enrollment) to redirect your package to a FedEx Onsite location.
- In addition to FedEx Onsite, FedEx has many other locations. Have your wine delivered to your local FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Many of these centers have extended hours, facilitating early or late-night pickups. Click here to find the location nearest to your home.
- Use your work address; that way, there will be an adult available to sign for the package during business hours.
- If none of the above options work for you and receiving shipments at your home is a challenge, add [email protected] as a contact in your email account to ensure you receive your tracking number and up-to-date information on your shipment.
We can ship wines to the U.S. states listed above.
We are constantly evaluating the possibility of shipping wines to additional states. Please email us at [email protected] if you want to ship to a state that is not on this list.
Credit Card on File
Your credit card is automatically charged for your wine club allocation (whether picked up or shipped) unless your card on file has changed.
If you need to make a change (new card, replaced card, etc.):
To update your credit card information please click here and log in to your account to update your payment information.
Your username is the email address associated with your Wine Club Membership. If this is your first time to log in, you will need to hit “Forgot Password” to receive a reset email that will then allow you to log in to the shop.
Wine Club Profile Information
If you need to change any information in your wine club profile, like your address, just click here and follow the same directions as above. Remember, any updates to your profile will not affect your current allocation once your credit card has been charged; however, it will be used for future wine club allocations. If you need to change your address for the current shipment please see Shipping and Delivery above.
Changing Type of Club
If you want to change your type of wine club (i.e. mixed to black label, 3 bottles to 6 bottles) please send an email to [email protected]
