Texas Sparkling Wine Makes Every Moment Celebration Worthy
Heath Sparkling crafts premium Texas sparkling wine using the traditional méthode champenoise. Produced in Texas with a focus on quality and precision. The result is a collection of sparkling wines that combine time-honored methods with a modern Texas perspective.
Each wine is sourced from carefully selected vineyards.
Specifically farmed to yield desired lower sugar and higher acid harvests.
Step 1. The Cuvée

Heath Sparkling Wines is crushed and fermented at our wineries in Fredericksburg, Texas. The Cuvée (base wine for sparkling wine or Champagne) is crafted by our own, widely decorated Winemaker Jason Englert.
Step 2. Méthode Champenoise
Finished in Texas.
In-bottle secondary fermentation (Méthode Champenoise) is finished at Invention Vineyards at our Sparkling Manufacturing Facility.

Our original sparkling wine, this brut cuvée yields an elegant and silky effervescent wine with characteristics of white peach, honeysuckle and subtle citrus zest.

This copper colored and intriguing, old-world style ramato is predominately crafted from Pinot Grigio and is a rare and unique wine. Svelte and sophisticated, it offers aromas of white peach, ruby red grapefruit and wild honey.
Blanc de Blancs
White from Whites
Our classic 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is sleek and elegant with aromas of melon, Granny Smith apple, pear and caramel. The palate is lively and fresh with delicate yet complex texture that leads to a brisk, lingering finish.
Adoration

Pinot Noir is one of the three primary grapes grown in the Champagne region of France. Visually alluring, our Pinot Noir rosé awakens the palate with vibrant red fruit aromas of candied strawberry and pomegranate with a hint of rose.

Heath Family Brands includes Grape Creek Vineyards, Heath Sparkling Wines, Invention Vineyards, and K Estate. Each estate property features vineyards and winery production on-site with a total of six tasting room locations across the Texas Hill Country.

Our Winemaker
Jason Englert
Jason has been with Heath Family Brands wineries since 2004, helping the wine program grow from 2,500 cases to 60,000+ cases produced annually across all Heath Family Brands which includes K Estate, Grape Creek Vineyards, Heath Sparkling Wines, Invention Vineyards, Heath Vineyards and Jenblossom Cellars. Prior to joining Grape Creek Jason spent 8 years as the assistant winemaker for Llano Estacado Winery in Lubbock.
Jason’s focus is making wines from the highest quality selection of grapes and letting developing wines create their own path to the bottle. Jason and his team utilize both advanced and traditional wine-making practices.
Jason is the most decorated winemaker in Texas, having achieved more than 300, 90+ scores and over 2,000 medals from the most prestigious wine competitions in the country.

Brian & Jennifer Heath
Brian and Jennifer Heath purchased Grape Creek Vineyards, the flagship for Heath Family Brands, in 2006. With the addition of stunning Tuscan-inspired patios overlooking the vineyards and a vineyard dining experience at Stout’s Signature at Grape Creek, this quickly became a premier Texas wine destination. Since, they have expanded to four premier winery and vineyard estates and two upscale, urban tasting rooms in downtown Fredericksburg and Georgetown, Texas.
