Things to Know When Visiting

K Estate is an artfully designed environment for those looking to explore and appreciate wine and winemaking in a setting of relaxed refinement. Our house rules were carefully chosen to preserve and enhance the experience for our guests and Members.

21+ ONLY (INCLUDING NO ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN OR INFANTS).
ADA service animals only.

Members
Supervised children of Members are welcome on the patios. Inside areas (the tasting rooms & bistro seating) are 21+.
Well-behaved dogs welcome on the patios & the lawn near the vineyard.*

Everyone

No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

Patio & Bistro seating is reserved for wine club members and their guests.

No firearms.

No outside food, drinks or containers.

No party paraphernalia (matching t-shirts, boas, etc.).

We cannot accommodate groups larger than six unless a prior exception has been made. (Special Request Form)
Reservations placed for multiple parties amounting to more than six guests will not be honored without exception.

On weekends, all vehicles must fit in a single, standard parking space.

*Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while at the Estate. Please remember to clean up after your pet.

Tabc Safety Requirements

We care about the safety of our guests and expect our customers to drink responsibly and interact with decorum. Please keep these rules and procedures in mind at all times.

By law, we can only sell two drinks per person at a time. To purchase an open bottle, there must be at least two people.

Public intoxication is a crime in Texas, not just if you are driving.

If an individual or group arrives at the winery in a compromised state, they will not be allowed to enter. If we believe someone within a group is intoxicated or at risk of being intoxicated, we will ask the entire group to leave.

If your group is driving and there is no designated driver, please notify a staff member, and we will help arrange transportation.

Outside alcohol is not allowed on the property.

Restaurant, lounge and patios are reserved for Members
(including new Members who join day of)

No outside food, drinks, or containers

Up to two complimentary glasses!

Members of any Heath Family Brand Club enjoy up to two complimentary glasses of wine on Member visits to Heath Sparkling Wines, Invention Vineyards, Kuhlman Estate or any Grape Creek location, including Main Street and Georgetown. (Wine by the glass selection is determined by each location. Glass not included, max one per person per day, max two per week per membership.)

By law, we can serve no more than one complimentary alcoholic beverage per day per person, whether this is in the form of a wine tasting or a glass of wine.
